strange things
current Music: The Essence - Bleed
I was busy with my Reflection / Wisdom Illo and msn, when suddenly I heard a loud blast outside the house. I stopped my music player then went outside to check. It was quiet and the sun was just starting to brighten the day. There was virtually nobody on the street and it seems everybody was still sound asleep. Strange, I really thought I heard a loud bang of some sort! But then again, if it was something serious… people should be starting comin out now and the dogs should be barking at the moment. But there was nothing but an eerie stillness in the air. So I went back infron of my PC.
Hours after that, a news sent thru sms caught my attention once again. A Blast indeed occur near my neighborhood. Surfing for some news on the net, I found out that there was a fire that hit some 2.5 kms away from my house. The tagnews on TV states tho.. that 100 houses were affected and injured 34.. tssk!
Reminds me of what the elders here used to say
“Don’t go out on your birthday, coz fate might take you away”…
It almost happened here. Fate missed about 2 kilometers.
